About

Chi brings a distinctive combination of institutional knowledge and personal experience to her work. As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 30 years of service, she developed the discipline, strategic problem-solving, and ability to navigate complex systems that define effective advocacy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master's degree in Human Services and Counseling.

Her commitment to this work is deeply personal. Chi's son has multiple disabilities, and her own journey advocating for him through school systems, evaluations, and services gave her an intimate understanding of what families face. She knows firsthand what it feels like to be unheard or uncertain — and she uses that experience to reassure families that they are not alone and that meaningful progress is possible.

Chi approaches her work with empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset. Her goal is to help families identify obstacles and move through them — ensuring each student is seen as an individual, not a diagnosis, and receives the services, accommodations, and protections they are entitled to. Integrity and accountability anchor everything she does, especially when families are placing their trust in her during difficult and emotional moments.

Outside of her work at the firm, Chi volunteers with RESET 180, an organization dedicated to preventing human trafficking and supporting survivors.
