Grace Kwon supports the firm’s work through legal research, document review, and drafting for cases. She holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Her professional experiences include a Fulbright research project in South Korea focused on disability employment, research with the Yang Tan Institute on Employment & Disability examining reasonable accommodation policies within federal agencies, and outreach work with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Together, these experiences inform her careful, rights-focused approach to supporting families.

In her work, Grace is guided by compassion, integrity, and accountability. She believes every family deserves to feel heard and supported, and is committed to ensuring that all students are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
