Liz Eldrup-Jorgensen helps keep the firm organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
Liz manages attorney calendars and oversees the day-to-day operations that support the firm’s legal work, including matters that proceed through formal dispute resolution and litigation.
Liz brings a strong background in education to her role. She holds a master’s degree in Special Education from George Mason University and previously taught K–6 students in Fairfax County Public Schools, supporting students primarily in grades K–3. Her path into special education began while substitute teaching, which led her to pursue advanced training and work directly with students who needed individualized support.
Although Liz’s role is largely operational, she is attentive to the families the firm serves and the importance of timely, reliable communication. She works to ensure that questions are acknowledged, schedules are managed carefully, and the many details involved in legal advocacy are handled with consistency and care. Her work is guided by positivity, honesty, and a practical, organized approach.
Liz values being part of work that helps create clearer paths forward for students and the people supporting them.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys baking, working with her two horses, and spending time with friends. She is recently married and lives in Virginia.
